Located in the heart of Europe, the Czech Republic is bordered by Austria, Poland, Germany and Slovakia. From the Ĺ umava mountain range to the vallys, rivers, and lakes, the Czech Republic is abounds in a wild variety of scenery. Suburbs are non existent (villages populate most areas outside the metropolis), so once you leave the big cities, all that remains is the beautiful country-side.
The Czech people are quiet and mostly keep to themselves. Most are not very welcoming to foreigners, due to foreigner rule through-out their long history. Quiet, respectful tourists are always appreciated, and a small effort in using the Czech language goes a long way.
